Functional Fitness

This progressive program will improve your endurance, muscular strength, mobility and balance.

Women and Weights

Wells Ave Y.

A research-based program designed to address the unique hormonal challenges faced by women, focusing on the prevention of osteoporosis, mitigation of weight gain and muscle loss, as well as stress and sleep management.

Strength Training for Women

Church St Y.

Program assists women in increasing strength, equipment use, and develop confidence in themselves as strong, powerful women.

Kettlebell Foundations

Church St Y.

Designed to teach proper form and technique for essential kettlebell movements like swings, squats, presses, and more.

Adult Basketball Fitness

Wells Ave Y.

Looking to get in a workout or burn calories? Looking to get back out on the court? Want to just get some shots up?

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

Church St Y and Wells Ave Y.

A physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals. The program is FREE for survivors and their family members.

Youth Group Strength Training

Church St Y and Wells Ave Y.

From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of essential exercises with a Certified Personal Trainer.

Jump Start Package

Offered at Church St and Wells Ave. 

Jump start your fitness journey with this special package combining nutrition and personal training. 

Nutrition Consult

Church St Y.

Meet with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist during your one-hour consultation. The session will include an assessment of current dietary habits, goal setting, meal planning assistance, and individually tailored recommendations.

Prescribe the Y

Church St Y and Wells Ave Y.

Participants must be referred by a healthcare provider. This is a 12-week wellness program to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Self-Defense Karate

Participants are taught to be more aware of surroundings and become psychologically, intellectually, and physically strong enough to protect themselves in times of distress.

TRX
