Women and Weights

A research-based program designed to address the unique hormonal challenges faced by women, focusing on the prevention of osteoporosis, mitigation of weight gain and muscle loss, as well as stress and sleep management.
Strength Training for Women

7 week class assists women in increasing strength, equipment use, and develop confidence in themselves as strong, powerful women.
Kettlebell Conditioning

Small group training class combining kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and sweat in a fun interval style.
Mobility Fusion: Myofascial Release and Movement Flow

Nutrition Consult

Meet with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist during your one-hour consultation. The session will include an assessment of current dietary habits, goal setting, meal planning assistance, and individually tailored recommendations.
Prescribe the Y

Participants must be referred by a healthcare provider. This is a 12-week wellness program to help you achieve your wellness goals.
Self-Defense Karate

Participants are taught to be more aware of surroundings and become psychologically, intellectually, and physically strong enough to protect themselves in times of distress.
