Our personal trainers will help you reach your fitness and wellness goals through education, support and motivation. Our trainers hold the highest level of training, certification and experience.

Functional Fitness

This seven-week series is a progressive program that will improve your endurance, muscular strength, mobility and balance.

This seven-week series is a hybrid of TRX suspension training and functional fitness strength training.

Women and Weights

A research-based program designed to address the unique hormonal challenges faced by women, focusing on the prevention of osteoporosis, mitigation of weight gain and muscle loss, as well as stress and sleep management.

Wells Ave Y.


A physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals. The program is FREE for survivors and their family members.

Church St Y.

Prescribe the Y

Participants must be referred by a healthcare provider. This is a 12-week wellness program to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Jump Start Package

Jump start your fitness journey with this special package combining nutrition and personal training.

Package includes one hour nutrition consultation and goal setting, five 30-minute personal training sessions, and one 30-minute follow up. Offered at Church St and Wells Ave.

Nutrition Consult

Meet with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist during your one-hour consultation. The session will include an assessment of current dietary habits, goal setting, meal planning assistance, and individually tailored recommendations.

Youth Group Strength Training

From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of essential exercises with a Certified Personal Trainer.

Youth HIIT Squad

This seven-week series is designed for the beginner athlete who is looking to take it to the next level with cross-training workout that includes cardio and strength elements.
