Group Exercise Classes
Each location of the West Suburban YMCA offers dozens of group exercise classes weekly, all complimentary for our members. From yoga and cycling to HIIT, bootcamp, Zumba, aqua classes, and beyond, there's something for everyone. No reservations are needed for in-person group exercise classes, simply drop in and enjoy! For virtual classes streamed live on Zoom, pre-registration is required via the provided link in the class description. Access the calendar below and click on the title of the virtual class to register and participate.

Group Exercise Policies & Etiquette
Arrive on time – Warming up is an important aspect of a successful workout.
Class will close 10 minutes after the start. Let the instructor know if you need to leave early.
Please wait until one class is over before entering the studio. The instructor will open the door and let people in when it is time.
Please do not set up equipment more than 10 minutes before class or reserve a spot.
Phone free zone - Please silence your phones while participating in a class. Please leave the class to text or make a call.
Stay hydrated - Make sure you hydrate before, during, and after class.
Wear appropriate footwear- Open-toed shoes and boots are not allowed. Bare feet are exceptions for mind body classes.
Wipe down equipment after use. Return all equipment to its proper place.
Store your personal belongings in a locker.
Bring your own mat to Yoga & Pilates.
