Personal Training
Our personal trainers work with youth, teens and adults to increase overall fitness, and can help with the following areas: weight loss, osteoporosis prevention, post-injury rehabilitation, pre-surgery strengthening, athletic conditioning, increased flexibility and balance, and prevention or rehabilitation of back pain.

Semi-Private Training
Semi-private Training sessions offer personalized programing in groups of two or three. These "groups" are perfect for spouses, siblings or friends.

Jump Start Package
Jump start your fitness journey with this special personal training package combining nutrition and personal training.
Package includes one hour nutrition consultation and goal setting, five 30-minute personal training sessions, and one 30-minute follow up. Offered at Church St and Wells Ave.
Vertimax Individual or Team Training

Nutrition Consult
During your one-hour nutrition consultation, you will meet with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Together, you will identify wellness goals and map out concrete strategies to achieve these goals through dietary change. The session will include an assessment of current dietary habits, goal setting, meal planning assistance, and individually tailored recommendations.
Prescribe the Y
Participants must be referred by a healthcare provider. This is a 12-week wellness program to help you achieve your wellness goals. The cost of the program includes access to the Y for the duration and will qualify for insurance wellness benefits.
