Yes! The Nationwide Membership Program enables you to visit any participating YMCA in the United States through membership at your home YMCA. We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of our mission to strengthen communities.

Please note, if you plan to visit a YMCA that is not your home Y, it is recommended that you confirm policies at each facility in advance of arrival.

The West Suburban YMCA accepts nationwide reciprocity with a usage limitation of 4 visits to either of our facilities in a calendar month. If visits exceed that number in the same month, the Nationwide Member will need to purchase a guest pass for $15. Welcome, and thank you for visiting the West Suburban YMCA.

Our policies have been made with consideration of ALL the populations we serve. We ask that all members demonstrate the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility towards each other and our dedicated staff team.

Yes, the WSYMCA has a dedicated Men's Locker Room, Women's Locker Room, Family Locker Rooms, and Private Locker Rooms. Lockers are available for day use. We also offer small lockers throughout the facilities near the fitness centers and gymnasiums.

All locker rooms have restroom facilities, showers, and changing stalls. At the Church St Y, the Men's Locker Room has a lounge, whirlpool and steam room. The Women's Locker Room has a steam room and dry sauna.

Yes, the West Suburban YMCA has all-gender Family Locker Rooms and Private Locker Rooms.

We understand that circumstances change, and you might want to change your membership status. We currently offer three ways to pause your membership for a limited or extended time period.

In all of these cases, we hope you will consider either a one-time or ongoing donation as part of your status change. Charitable gifts help us deliver on our mission, serve the most vulnerable members of our community, and sustain operations during these financially challenging times. Today, donations are more essential than ever to the Y’s ongoing sustainability.
