Strength Training for Women
“Women and Weights” is a comprehensive, research-based program designed to address the unique hormonal challenges faced by women as they age, focusing on the prevention of osteoporosis, mitigation of weight gain and muscle loss, as well as the importance of stress and sleep management.
The program is tailored to help women build strength, confidence, and overall well-being.
