Youth Strength Training
Confidence. Safety. Strength. In this small group class held in the YMCA fitness center, youth ages 10–13 will learn the basics of strength training in a safe and supportive environment. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, participants will explore proper warm-up routines, safe lifting techniques, breathing, and body alignment. This program helps build confidence, coordination, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
