Youth Strength Training
From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of essential exercises with a Certified Personal Trainer. Meet in a small group in the fitness center. This class will go over warming up, breathing and correct form for essential exercises or muscle groups including:

» Bent over rows/back

» Deadlifts
» Hang cleans/shoulder press
