Ever feel intimidated by the squat rack? This small group training class is designed for beginners who want to learn how to lift the bar with proper form and confidence. Led by a certified personal trainer, you'll be guided through the fundamentals of technique, safety, and alignment. Learn how to deadlift, squat, and press with strength and control in a supportive environment.
