TOGETHERHOOD Volunteer Opportunity: Cradles to Crayons

Join us for a meaningful TOGETHERHOOD volunteer experience at Cradles to Crayons on Thursday, November 5 from 1-3 PM. TOGETHERHOOD is the Y's signature volunteer initiative, bringing members together to strengthen our community, support neighbors in need, and create positive local impact.

We're seeking 12 volunteers to help transform new and gently used clothing donations into resources for children living in homeless or low-income situations. During the shift, volunteers will quality-check, sort, package, and prepare donations for distribution through Cradles to Crayons' network of Service Partners.

Activities take place in the Giving Factory and are organized into hands-on stations that support the organization's "Quality = Dignity" process, ensuring every child receives items that are ready to wear and made with care. A Volunteer Leader will provide guidance and support throughout the shift.

Space is limited to 12 volunteers. Register today: https://wsymca.volunteermatters.org/project-catalog/115
