LIVESTRONG Benefit Y-Cycle Class

Ring in the new year with a special LIVESTRONG benefit Y-Cycle class led by Clarence at the Church St Y! This free class is open to all—whether you're a member or a guest. 

Clarence will be creating an exciting New Year’s Eve playlist to keep you moving while sharing a little about LIVESTRONG at the YMCA.  

Part of the Y’s commitment to strengthening community through healthy living, the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program offers adults affected by cancer a safe, supportive environment to participate in physical and social activities focused on strengthening the whole person.

Optional Donations: While this event is free, participants have the option to donate in support of the LIVESTRONG program. A $20 dip jar will be available, and donations of any amount can also be made at the welcome center. Come spin with us and start the year off strong!
