March is National Nutrition Month, and here at the Y, we know that fueling our bodies is just as important as how we move them. That's why we're excited to celebrate by inviting YOU to share your favorite healthy recipes with us!
A healthy recipe is one that helps you feel your best, limiting fat, salt, and sugar while packing in nutrients to fuel your body for the day. Whether it’s a nutritious snack, a wholesome meal, or a creative dish that fuels you, we want to hear what’s cooking in your kitchen. Not only will you have the chance to have your recipe featured at one of our YMCA locations, but you could also win a gift card for a dinner for two!
