At the Y, your wellness is our priority — and we’re always listening to what our members need. That’s why we’re excited to share some great news: we’ve added even more group exercise classes to better fit your lifestyle! Whether you’re just getting started, looking to shake up your routine, or need options that match your unique schedule, there’s something new for everyone.
Even better? Group exercise classes are FREE for members! Many classes also offer a hybrid option, so you can join from home when it’s more convenient.
These new classes are all about you: your energy, your goals, and your need for flexibility. With offerings across mornings, midday, and evenings, we’re making it easier than ever to stay active, stay healthy, and stay connected to your community.

🏋️ Bootcamp
When: Mondays, 5:45–6:45 AM
Where: Auditorium at Church St Y
Instructor: Kevin
For the early risers and challenge seekers! This advanced bootcamp brings together cardio, calisthenics, and strength training in one powerhouse session. You’ll push limits, build endurance, and leave ready to conquer the week.
🚴♀️ Rhythm Ride & enCORE
When: Tuesdays — pop-up classes on May 13 and 27th. Regular classes will begin every Tuesday in June.
Times: Rhythm Ride 9-9:45 AM & enCORE 9:50-10:15 AM

Get ready to sweat, smile, and spin in Rhythm Ride—a high-energy indoor cycling experience that takes your workout to the next level! Pedal to the pulse of heart-pounding music while sculpting your upper body with dynamic moves. It's more than just a ride—it's a rhythm-fueled fitness party on a bike!
EnCORE: Finish off your ride by firing up your core, then melt into a full-body stretch. Strength meets serenity in this feel-good finisher!
🌿 Gentle Yoga
When: Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00 PM
Where: Studio A at Wells Ave Y
Instructor: Susan
This 60-minute gentle yoga class is a slow-paced practice that focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. Poses are typically held for longer periods with plenty of support from props, making the practice accessible to all levels, including beginners and people new to yoga. The emphasis is on listening to your body, moving with ease, and cultivating inner calm rather than achieving perfect alignment. This class includes stretches, simple standing flows, and grounding postures. Breathwork is integrated into the practice to foster a sense of grounding and presence. The overall experience is therapeutic and relaxing for both body and mind.
Ideal Participants: Athletes, adults new-to-yoga, experienced practitioners, and mature teens! This is for anyone pursuing a healthy lifestyle and seeks stretching and relaxation.
💪 True Strength
When: Wednesdays, 10:00–10:50 AM
Where: Studio A at Church St Y
Instructor: Jane (First class: May 7th)
Feel strong from the inside out. True Strength blends resistance bands and free weights to build lean muscle, rev up your metabolism, and support joint health. More than just a class, it’s a confidence booster that helps you feel powerful in everyday life.
🧘 Flow & Restore
When: Wednesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM
Where: Studio A at Church St Y

This three-part experience starts with grounding movements, flows through dynamic sequences to build energy, and ends in deep, restorative rest. Flow & Restore supports not just your body, but your emotional and energetic wellness. You’ll leave feeling balanced, calm, and renewed.
🔥 Yoga Strength
When: Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 AM

It’s yoga with an edge. This fusion class blends classic yoga poses with strength training using hand weights and cardio bursts. You’ll challenge every muscle group, boost your endurance, and finish strong, sweaty, and fully recharged.

Dance your way to fitness in this high-energy, feel-good class that combines Latin-inspired dance moves with easy-to-follow choreography. Zumba is more than just a workout — it’s a party! Due to its popularity, we’ve added a brand-new Thursday evening class — perfect for those looking to de-stress and energize after work. No dance experience is needed, just bring your energy and let the rhythm move you!
