Driving Impact: A Look Back at the 21st Annual WSYMCA Golf Tournament
On Monday, May 19, 2025, more than 100 golfers braved the wind and chill at the beautiful Charles River Country Club for the West Suburban YMCA’s 21st Annual Golf Tournament. Despite the cold weather, the spirit of generosity and camaraderie warmed the day. Thanks to the dedication of our participants, sponsors, and staff, we raised over $90,000 to support the financial needs of our Y community through essential programming, childcare, and—especially this season—summer camp.
Supporting Summer Camp for All
Funds raised from this beloved event help ensure that every child has the opportunity to experience the joy and growth of summer camp. In 2025, we anticipate awarding more than $250,000 in financial assistance to help children ages 3–15 attend our four camps—where they can build confidence, form new friendships, and thrive in a supportive, unplugged environment.
