What is AOA? In this case it stands for Active Older Adults. The West Suburban YMCA would like to host more events aimed at this demographic. So, let's get together and have some fun at the Y!
Our first social event is on Wednesday, June 12 at 12 p.m. on the field at the Church St Y. The social will immediately follow the free member workshop on Strengthening Bone Density. Please join us for this fun social event!
