Teen Strength & Conditioning

Learn the fundamentals of strength training with a Certified Personal Trainer. Meet in a small group class in Studio B where we include correct form and technique for basic strength training exercises including squats, bench press, and dumbbell rows, etc. This class will be interactive with partner-based drills to improve agility and endurance.
