Membership Change Request 

Use this form to request a change to your West Suburban YMCA membership. 

Members can use this form to: 

  • Change membership type 
  • Add or remove family members 
  • Upgrade or downgrade a membership 
  • Place a membership on hold temporarily 

Membership changes are reviewed by YMCA staff and processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days to take effect.

Members who change their membership may also choose to make a one-time or recurring donation. Charitable gifts help the West Suburban YMCA provide financial assistance, expand community programs, and serve individuals and families throughout our community.
