Sports Training

Please contact the sports department if you are interested in learning more about training with our sport coaches. Sports training sessions are available for adults or youth. 

 

One-On-One Sports Training

Work individually with a Y coach to improve on the skills and techniques in the sport you love. During the 30-minute session, you will learn fundamentals and game strategies, increase your fitness knowledge, and reach your goals. Available for adults or children.

Semi-Private Sports Training (2-4 Athletes)

These small group sessions will allow your athlete to work with a coach to hone their skills while also working out with a friend. This allows them to train like a pro at a lower cost. Available for adults or children, for 30–60 minute sessions.
