Newton Corner Place (NCP), the Y's single occupant residency housing for formerly homeless men, is the only development of its kind in Newton and provides a critical landing spot for residents in all stages of their life. The YMCA helps ensure residents have a safe and supportive environment to call home.
FACILITY INFORMATION
Newton Corner Place is a 28-unit Single Room Occupancy facility located on the third floor of the West Suburban YMCA. Housing is dormitory style with shared common areas including a kitchen and television area, and 5 private restrooms with showers. Residents are intended for formally homeless males.
