A student of Physical Therapy and certified Personal Trainer (WITS). Incorporating the body mechanisms in ROM, joint flexibility, and the client, I help design programs tailored to fit each individual’s needs. Laura Cantalini- Church St Y

With NASM certification and a focus on joint health, I am passionate about crafting personalized fitness programs and guiding clients toward sustainable, enjoyable, lifestyle changes. My journey from orthopedic massage therapist to a career in personal training was driven by my experiences with hypermobility and chronic anemia, alongside a desire for a healthier daily life and a drive to directly help others – face-to-face. Corina is a Personal Trainer and wellness coach with an ISSA certification and a strong background in exercise science. Corina’s primary focus is on improving clients' physical fitness levels, body composition, and overall health, working closely with clients to create personalized exercise routines that suit their specific needs, preferences, and goals, whether the objective is weight loss, muscle building, or overall toning. Corina provides support, motivation, and guidance, empowering her clients to lead healthier, happier lives.

Nick Crusco- Church St Y

Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College with a concentration in personal training. He is a certified personal trainer through the NSCA and a certified group instructor through ACE. He has experience teaching in commercial gyms as well as at assisted living centers. He has also worked as a youth sports coach teaching soccer, basketball, flag football, and ninja warrior. Nick strives to educate and motivate all individuals that work with him through spirit, body, and mind.

Deirdre Curley- Wells Ave Y

Hi, my name is Deirdre Savage Curley and I am a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness instructor at the YMCA. I grew up in NY and CT, I moved to MA about 15 years ago and have lived here ever since in three different towns. I am married and live in Burlington, MA. I am certified in AFAA, ASA, NASM and I am CPR, First Aid and AED certified. I am outgoing, hardworking and I love to help people achieve their goals. After a session with me you will feel strong and confident and ready for the day.

Matt DeFalco- Church St Y

With a blend of athleticism and healthcare expertise, Matt provides personalized training and offers guidance on nutrition while catering to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Transitioning from his collegiate baseball days at Stonehill College to becoming a certified personal trainer, Matt embodies a dedication to comprehensive well-being. Pursuing his interest in healthcare, he earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Northeastern University and aims to advance his career as a nurse practitioner. Matt seeks to make a meaningful impact, fostering a culture of health and wellness.

Willie is a former football collegiate athlete at Florida Atlantic University. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for bodybuilding and sports performance training. Willie has over a decade of experience training all age groups and fitness levels, with the goal of helping others become the best version of themselves. He is a patient, multifaceted trainer with experience ranging from High Intensity Interval Training, Functional Fitness, and Pilates. Willie is excited to meet with you, and help you crush your goals.

Michelle Gagne-Borque- Church St Y

Michelle enjoys working with people of all ages and infusing her base of yoga with cardio and strength training. She has years of experience designing trainings that are safe and effective for every BODY and connecting with her clients in a meaningful way. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Certified Group Exercise Instructor (ACE), and a Certified Body Pump Instructor (Les Mills).

Ivan Kostadinov- Church St Y

Ivan is a USATF Certified Track & Field coach, NASM PT Certification and is currently working on his ACSM PT Certification. He has worked with clients of various ages, from children to seniors to people after major medical procedures. "My approach to training is based on balance, consistency & knowledge. My goal is to coach and educate you so that you need me less over time for telling you 'what to do', and more as a guide leading you to what more you can do."

Mike Kozul- Church St Y

Mike is a sport & fitness enthusiast. He has over 13 years of Personal Training experience, including the technical knowledge and assessment skills to adapt to client's needs, both practical and functional, from the proverbial "couch potato" to the more athletically inclined. He believes there is an athlete inside each and every client! Mike is a very strong believer in Continuing Education, always striving to be on the cutting edge of the latest in "best practices".

Nicholas Livoti- Church St Y

Nicholas is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist and enjoys helping both older adults and teenage members. He can customize workout and food plans for positive living and peak performance. Nicholas believes a combination of body weight and resistance, core and cardio-intense programming, coupled with healthy nutrition, is the most efficient. He is committed to creating a custom program that fits your needs.

Anthony Moscatelli- Church St Y

Anthony likes to work with all age groups and strives to get you to where you want to be in your fitness journey. Chris Pegues- Wells Ave Y

My fitness journey officially started in high school. Being a nationally ranked martial artist in Judo I was 6 ft 1 inches tall and 156 lbs. and desperately trying to compete in the higher weight class. So, my dad bought me a bench and weights. I was bitten by the weightlifting bug. I continued training during my 8-year enlistment in the US Army. When my enlistment ended, I tested for ACSM certification and started helping people attain their fitness goals of transformation. I am currently certified through NASM and my passion for fitness and the desire to help people find their fitness selves is just as alive today as it was back then in the late 1980s.
