Pickleball is the fastest growing sport for the third year in a row and if you’ve played, there’s no surprise to why it’s gained such popularity.

Its benefits include many aspects of both physical and mental health. It provides opportunity for all ages and abilities to socialize and exercise together which are both proven to improve quality of life and are the keys to happiness, longevity, and community.

Please join our onsite PTs for a discussion on common injuries and ways to prevent or manage them. We want to keep you on the courts and enjoying the benefits of sport and exercise for many years to come! In this session we will focus on the prevention of overuse and repetitive stress injuries as well as acute management of an injury on the court or days/weeks after. We will also discuss proper warm up, cool down, hydration, footwear, and general conditioning exercises that can help supplement your routine and keep you on the healthy on the court.
